Irpin city council
Irpin City Council is a representative body of local self-government, which has the right to represent the interests of the united territorial community, to make decisions on its behalf and to exercise in its interests the functions and powers of local self-government, defined by the Constitution of Ukraine, the Laws of Ukraine "On Local Self-Government in Ukraine", "On the status of deputies of local councils", the European Charter of Local Self-Government, other normative legal acts.
Oleksandr Hryhorovych Markushyn is the mayor of Irpinsky.
Irpin is a city that, before the start of active hostilities, was one of the fastest growing and most socially oriented in Ukraine. In previous years, a significant number of infrastructure facilities were designed, built, reconstructed, repaired and opened in Irpen.
Irpin implemented the most convenient conditions for working with business in the Kyiv region.
All collected services for enterprises and entrepreneurs are provided in the "Transparent Office" of the City Hall (Center for the provision of administrative services), namely:
- GASK provides registration of declarations on the start and end of construction;
- applications are accepted and conclusions from the STATE GEOCADASTR are issued;
- business registration is carried out: legal entities and individuals;
- real estate registration is carried out;
- reception is conducted by representatives of communal and regional enterprises (KP "Department of Housing and Communal Services "Irpin", CP "Irpinvodokanal", PJSC "Kyivoblenergo" REM, etc.);
- BTI works with the function of real estate registration of ownership rights, without the need for a notary;
- the services of the architecture department and the land cadastral bureau are provided;
- a representative of the Social Insurance Fund works;
- a legal consultation service (primary legal assistance) is provided.
Also, the city of Irpin successfully cooperates with international financial organizations. The city's strategic goal in the coming years is to build a modern European city of health in the western suburbs of Kyiv: energy-efficient, safe and comfortable for people.
