What does it give to communities?
-
Financing for thermal modernization and restoration of damaged buildings.
-
Implementation of “green” technologies.
- Significant energy and budgetary savings.
"We urge local authorities to actively submit their project proposals and take an important step toward energy-efficient modernization. In recent years, the energy efficiency of public infrastructure and the energy independence of our country have become key factors in our success. Ukraine is steadily moving toward a consistent state policy where all restored and new facilities must comply with the highest energy efficiency standards. We fully support this approach. Moreover, our experience in joint projects with various cities and communities demonstrates that local governments are ready to restore damaged buildings with energy efficiency principles in mind," said Yehor Stefanovych, Chief Coordinator of the ONOVA League, Chairman of the Board of the Public Union UFEES.
