The Ministry for Communities Development of Ukraine and the European Investment Bank (EIB) have opened a new stage of financing for the implementation of energy efficiency measures and the modernization of public buildings. This is an opportunity not just to renovate, but to make infrastructure more modern, comfortable, and energy-efficient than it was before.
Financing and Support
Concessional lending is provided for schools, kindergartens, and hospitals. Medical institutions can receive grants of up to 50% of the project cost (up to 300 thousand euros).
Financed activities include:
- Building insulation, window replacement
- Modernization of heating and water supply
- Transition to renewable energy sources

How to apply?
Documents are accepted until July 31, 2025: UPBEE.proposal@mtu.gov.ua. Priority is given to communities with ready-made project documentation.
