Which way to choose to quickly and effectively renew Ukraine, make it stronger and modernize for future generations now. This, if very briefly, is about what the work of the Public Union "Ukrainian Fund of Energy Efficiency and Energy Saving" is currently aimed at, the public platform it created, which unites:

- geoinformation HUB ONOVA is a technological platform for fixing damages, collecting and analyzing data in the context of an object/community/region/industry of Ukraine and a transparent update process.

- The ONOVA Ukraine Renewal League is a single structure of participants who have already joined the renewal of Ukraine and participate in one of the projects of the ONOVA Ukraine Renewal Portal.

The interest of the public in this area of activity is growing, so we put all the details, goals and achievements in their places.

What is the mission of the League of Renewal of Ukraine and who can join it?

One of the priorities of the ONOVA league is to unite representatives of various spheres of activity and influence for one goal, namely to rebuild and effectively update Ukraine, to make it better: safer, more perfect, more convenient, modern — an updated version of Ukraine.

Among the participants of the League, four groups are defined by the direction of influence:

1. Ukrainian communities, state institutions with which memoranda and agreements on cooperation and free use of the GIS service have been signed. There is active cooperation with relevant ministries.

2. Ukrainian and foreign investors, international donors

3. Representatives of domestic and foreign businesses, contracting organizations: software developers and builders, service and material suppliers.

4. Representatives of public organizations, independent expert associations, mass media, who will have access to the cooperation mechanism and transparent information for interaction analysis.

Participants of the "League of Ukraine Renewal" are all those who want to work for a common goal. The league itself is a unique platform for association and interaction. We strive not only to rebuild objects damaged during hostilities, our goal is to renew the destroyed territory of the country. And we are already doing it!

The national geo-information HUB ONOVA (GIS-portal "Let's renew Ukraine together") is an effective and transparent tool for recording destruction and further making management decisions regarding destroyed objects. It was created by the Public Union "Ukrainian Fund for Energy Efficiency and Energy Saving" in cooperation with the company Esri (USA) and the public organization "Elektronna Ukraine". The location map of industrial, residential, green zones, the database of damaged/destroyed objects of various infrastructure and the ecological layers of the GIS portal are the main analytical material for the formation of a strategy for the sustainable (balanced) development of regions.

Physically, GIS HUB ONOVA is a virtual platform that combines a number of functions:

• Collect and systematize complete information on destruction.

• Determine the amount of damage and losses caused to individual objects, communities, industries and Ukraine as a whole.

• Prioritize the goals and restoration of these facilities.

• Determine the amount of financial investment required for recovery.

• See the situation comprehensively and understand opportunities for further development.

• Monitor socio-economic and other indicators of state development.

20 communities of Ukraine, including the hero cities of Irpin, Bucha, Makariv, Chernihiv, Mykolaiv, Kharkiv, Kremenchuk and other settlements that were most affected by the large-scale armed attack of the Russian Federation, have already concluded memorandums and agreements on cooperation, use GIS HUB ONOVA and data on destruction, damage and needs are entered into it. In addition to communities, we cooperate with the Ministry of Energy, the Ministry of Sports, the Ministry of Regions, the Ministry of Infrastructure, and negotiations are underway with other ministries and the State Administration of Ukraine.

In order to implement specific projects of reconstruction and renovation of objects entered in the HUB GIS, the League of Ukraine's Renewal ONOVA was created ". 

ONOVA Ukraine Update Portal" is a public portal that implements organizational processes:

• Creation of reconstruction projects of destroyed objects.

• Involvement of investors and donors in the implementation of these projects.

• Involvement of contractors and service providers.

• Dissemination of information about the progress of reconstruction.

• Monitoring the stages of reconstruction of individual objects and monitoring the renewal of the region/industry.

Together with ministries and communities, we are building and working on the public part of the GIS HUB ONOVA in order to quickly and effectively assess the geography of the destruction, gather information about each of the objects in need of reconstruction, develop modernization plans taking into account the best new technologies and attract the necessary investments. All this will make it possible to adhere to the main goal of the League of Ukraine Renewal - not only to rebuild, but also to renew the destroyed territory of the country.
