Despite the difficult working conditions in the capital and regions suffering from shelling and daily anxiety, we have motivating results:
More than 10,000 infrastructure objects that were damaged as a result of the large-scale war unleashed by Russia in Ukraine have already been recorded and mapped on the interactive damage map of the GIS HUB ONOVA web service, created in partnership with ESRI (USA) and the NGO "Electronic Ukraine".
The work on digitalization of destruction continues in more than 20 communities affected by the temporary occupation and subjected to bombing and destruction.
Now we clearly understand with whom we are implementing our large-scale and ambitious goal - to rebuild and renew Ukraine, to make it better: modern, comfortable, safe - Ukraine of the future.
With us: communities and ministries with which memorandums of cooperation have been concluded and negotiations are underway, international foundations and donors, business and architects who will strengthen the implementation of the most modern and bold concepts for the renovation of public spaces, an independent public that will have access to the public part of the data and evaluation of the League's activities.
It should be reminded that the creation of the League of Renewal of Ukraine, GIS HUB ONOVA is a public initiative of the Ukrainian Foundation for Energy Efficiency and Energy Saving (UFEES).
Anar Rafiev, UFEES President and Chairman of the Supervisory Board: "We, as an energy efficiency fund, understand that the country needs to live on and that the root and foundation of this life is energy efficiency! It will not be as it was before, and all organic resources from Russia should reduce their share in Ukraine. Energy efficiency equals independence. It is the foundation of further development, which is why we plan to build all renovation projects on an energy-efficient basis."
Yegor Stefanovych, Chairman of the Board of UFEES: "Despite all the difficulties, the renewal of the state is happening today. And now we have the opportunity to thoroughly rebuild our Ukraine and, more importantly, to make it a powerful, comfortable, energy-efficient, modern, safe country - the best in everything. We are already working on it and will certainly not only rebuild the destroyed, but also effectively renew it for future generations."
