Bukovyna is opening a new chapter in regional development — through energy efficiency, digitalization, and investment attraction.

In Chernivtsi, a large-scale seminar was held for representatives of over 50 healthcare facilities across the region, organized in cooperation with the Chernivtsi Regional Military Administration and the Regional Department of Healthcare.

Renewal through Energy Efficiency and Digitalization

We believe that modern regional renewal is impossible without digital control and energy management.

That is why all our projects include:

    •    energy monitoring systems;

    •    automated energy consumption management;

    •    enhanced resource efficiency in line with global GreenTech standards.

This is a transition to a new era, where every kilowatt and every hryvnia must be counted and used effectively.

Investments Instead of Spending Budget Funds

We see the development of Bukovyna not only through state financing but primarily through investment attraction.

Today, there are multiple financing options available:

    •    donor funds from international organizations;

    •    repayable investments and credit lines;

    •    ESCO mechanisms, where modernization is funded by future savings;

    •    state programs supporting energy efficiency.

The key principle — savings cover the attracted funds. Reduced heating and energy costs allow communities to quickly repay loans or return investments.

Step-by-Step Guidance for Communities

During the seminar, participants received not only information on financing sources but also clear guidance on how to prepare documentation, go through all approval stages, and move towards project implementation.

This approach is already successfully operating in other regions of Ukraine, and now Bukovyna is joining the network of renewed, energy-efficient, and technologically advanced communities.
