The Odessa State Academy of Civil Engineering and Architecture hosted the XV International Scientific and Practical Conference titled "Project Management: Project Approach in Modern Management," which addressed key aspects of implementing a project approach for the innovative development of Ukrainian industrial enterprises.
The main goal of the conference was to identify the factors influencing the choice of project management methods necessary for the successful implementation of organizations' innovative development strategies. Participants discussed the importance of assessing organizations' project maturity and the features of modern project management.
Yehor Stefanovych, Chairman of the PU UFEES and Chief Coordinator of the ONOVA League, presented a new perspective on Ukraine's recovery prospects in his speech. "Energy efficiency, digitalization, and transparency in business processes are the sails that propel Ukraine forward," he emphasized.
Mr. Stefanovych highlighted the need for implementing initiatives such as thermal modernization, solar energy development, and digitalization, which are key levers for enhancing energy efficiency and ensuring sustainable community development. He also shared the experience of the ONOVA League, which assists communities in implementing projects at all stages.
One example is the implementation of Thermal modernization program for public buildings, which Yehor Stefanovych discussed during his presentation.
