🤝💼Representatives of ONOVA League took part in the meeting of the Anti-Crisis Stability Economic Staff under the conditions of the martial law of the ULIE. The meeting was dedicated to the strategy of expanding lending.

🔻The monetary and credit policy of the NBU currently results in the lowest level of lending among European countries (up to 14% of GDP).

🔻Approximately 80% of Ukrainian enterprises face difficulties in accessing finances, leading to a reduction in investments in development.

To address the problem, representatives of the Verkhovna Rada, various expert analytical institutions, business organizations, trade unions, and others have joined forces. The meeting proposed:

Representatives of the Verkhovna Rada, a number of expert analytical institutions, as well as business organizations, trade unions, etc. joined the discussion.

The meeting proposed:

• ❇️Improving cooperation between the Verkhovna Rada, the Cabinet of Ministers, and the National Bank on adapting the monetary and credit policy to the needs of the martial law.

• ❇️ Directing state policy towards creating incentives to reduce the cost of loans and encouraging investment. This could be achieved through insuring against war risks and attracting funds from international partners.

• ❇️ The Anti-Crisis Staff initiated the organization of Committee hearings in the Verkhovna Rada with the participation of experts, the banking sector, the government, and the NBU.

“We believe that concessional global, European and Ukrainian government loans, grants and investments are crucial for stimulating regional development, in particular, for the successful energy efficiency upgrade of Ukraine. Our team actively cooperates with communities, providing them with expert advice on obtaining concessional loans for the implementation of thermal modernization programs. In this case, the community repays the loans by saving heat and electricity from the implementation of energy efficiency measures.
