Ministry of Communities and Territories Development of Ukraine

The Ministry of Communities and Territories Development of Ukraine (MinRegion) is the central body in the system of central executive authorities that ensures the formation and implementation of the state regional policy:

state regional policy, 

state policy in the field of local self-government development, 

territorial organization of power and administrative-territorial structure, 

state housing policy and 

policy in the field of improvement of settlements, 

state policy in the field of housing and communal services, 

state policy in the field of household waste management, 

state policy in the field of construction, urban planning, spatial planning of territories and architecture, 

state policy in the field of technical regulation in construction, 

and also ensures the formation of state policy in the field of architectural and construction control and supervision, 

in the field of housing and communal services control and 

in the field of energy efficiency of buildings.

Within the framework of the trilateral Memorandum of Cooperation (Partnership), together with the Public Union "Ukrainian Foundation for Energy Efficiency and Energy Saving" and the Bucha City Council of Kyiv region of August 1, 2022, we are implementing a joint pilot project to implement a pilot project to monitor the damage and destruction caused by the regions of Ukraine as a result of the armed aggression of the Russian Federation based on a geographic information system.
