NGO "Irpin Restoration Fund"
The NGO "Irpin Restoration Fund" was founded in 2022 to attract funding for the restoration of social and residential infrastructure in Irpin, which was destroyed as a result of Russian aggression in Ukraine.

The purpose of the NGO "Irpin Restoration Fund" is the restoration of social infrastructure, multi-storey and private housing destroyed or damaged during the war in Irpin.
The mission of the NGO "Irpin Restoration Fund" is to impartially inform the world community about the consequences of the destruction of Ukraine's infrastructure and to find partners in other countries to restore the city.
For this purpose, the NGO "Irpin Recovery Fund" together with the Investment Council of Irpin created an information resource IRPIN HELP www.IprinHelp.com, which published a general presentation of the destruction in Irpin, a presentation of the destruction of each object of social and residential infrastructure, restoration estimates and information on the involvement of international partners in the reconstruction of the city.
Projects
Irpin reconstruction summit is the first event in Ukraine during the war of Russia against Ukraine, organized by volunteers, aimed at systematic sustainable reconstruction of Ukrainian cities, now Irpin.
The project is implemented by the NGO "Irpin Restoration Fund" at the initiative of the Chairman of the Irpin Investment Council Volodymyr Karplyuk.
The goals of the project are to reconstruct the city of Irpin in accordance with the UN Sustainable Development Goals and attract investments from the European Union and international funds.
The project brought together more than 200 specialists from different fields: architects, designers, urbanists, fundraisers, translators, designers. They came together in groups to develop sustainable solutions for the restoration of important social infrastructure of the city in partnership with international institutions.
Within the project:
Organized the work of 200 volunteers who created preliminary designs for urban reconstruction, prepared visualization, statistical data on needs and destruction after the invasion of the Russian army, prepared estimated cost of reconstruction of social infrastructure facilities.
We have held hundreds of international meetings with experts on urban reconstruction and a number of international events in Italy, France, Belgium, Portugal, USA, Poland and other countries.
We are currently working in two directions:
Anti-crisis direction: involves planning estimates for the rapid reconstruction of Irpin. Search for critical urgent funding for the functioning of the city in a sustainable mode, namely resources for the launch of schools, kindergartens, outpatient clinics, restoration of roofs.
Direction of strategic reconstruction: provides for the planning of the Strategy for the post-war reconstruction of Irpin, preparation of a master plan, new draft projects for the development of Irpin architecture with the participation of local and international experts.
NGO "Irpin Recovery Fund" invites specialists in strategic urban planning, urbanists, architects, fundraisers, financiers, estimators, engineers, project managers, members of the advisory board to join the team.
