Berdychiv City Council, Zhytomyr region

Berdychiv City Council is an administrative-territorial unit and local government body in the Zhytomyr region with its administrative center in the city of Berdychiv, which has the status of a city of regional significance.

Berdychiv is a city in Ukraine, the administrative center of the Berdychiv city territorial community and Berdychiv district of Zhytomyr region.

There are 27 enterprises in the city. The industrial structure is represented by food and light industry, ready-to-wear, gloves and leather footwear, woodworking and wood products, machine building and metalworking.

They produce chemical equipment and spare parts for it, metal cutting machines and downhole engines for the oil industry, semi-trailers for trucks and trailers for cars, furniture, parquet, footwear, garments, barley and rye malt, bakery products, beer, ice cream, whole milk products, animal oil, soft drinks, confectionery, feed, fine art, etc.

In the cultural development and modern life of Berdychiv, Ukrainian, Polish and Jewish cultures are closely intertwined with their centuries-old traditions. The city is multinational, located at the crossroads of transportation routes and is very important for the central part of Ukraine.

The cooperation of the Public Union "Ukrainian Foundation for Energy Efficiency and Energy Saving" takes place within the framework of a memorandum of cooperation dated May 4, 2023. 

In addition, we cooperate in the field of thermal modernization, urban development, and the implementation of the ONOVA GIS HUB project.
