Project of the Charity Foundation “Blagomay” - “Educational institutions”
About the Fund
For over 12 years, the charity fund Blagomay has been ensuring a dignified childhood for children from vulnerable categories: children from orphanages, family-type orphanages (DBST), internally displaced children, and those affected by the war in Ukraine.
In this time, Blagomay has allocated over 295 million UAH to implement charitable projects. Most of the funds have been raised with the support of Ukrainian offices of major international corporations such as PepsiCo Ukraine, Mondelēz Ukraine, Cargill, KWS, Syngenta, SC Johnson, Integrites, and others.
The Fund provides ongoing care for over 5,000 children across the country and supports more than 110 institutions, including boarding schools, orphanages, IDP centers, and social and psychological rehabilitation centers. These institutions regularly receive humanitarian and psychological aid, as well as unique opportunities to participate in the Fund’s educational projects, which are unparalleled in Ukraine.
The mission of the Fund is to ensure a dignified childhood and equal opportunities for Ukrainian children during the war.
Amid the war in Ukraine and in the aftermath of our victory, the Fund focuses on projects for the reconstruction and restoration of damaged and destroyed kindergartens, schools, orphanages, and hospitals; improving medical equipment in healthcare facilities; providing psychological support, education, and enhancing the childhood experience for children in challenging life circumstances.
